Knees have been screaming for me too-esp with the temp change...hot/humid to dry/cold in less than a week here...great for the ice conditions at my rink...but bad for the joints :( Could always ice them down after practice...which I have to do sometimes...<br /><br />I made the mistake of not doing that this week, and today I feel like I need to use a walker just to get around my house...LOL<br /><br />You will get the axel jump. It will just take some time. Its frustrating, but keep at it. Visualize yourself doing it correctly when off the ice...same with the back spin.
