The weekly adult drop in coffee club at my home rink moved to Mondays at 10:00 am.
We were a small but fun group. Everyone just did their own thing during the hour and coach Kim gave us individual mini-lessons based on whatever we were working on.
I had a chance to run my program and see my skating friends too!
I’m getting too busy to break down each days practice into an individual post.
This week I skated just twice. And I had NO ICE TIME since the last lesson.
But I did get a chance to warm up nearly an hour before my lesson with John Saitta.
We worked on the exercises and elements from the previous week. I seem to be making baby steps of progress but it mostly feels like 1 step forward and 2 back.
