I thought it might be a good idea to run this program with my dress on. Yes there is a pill box hat (and maybe even a blonde wig) but I have yet to figure out how I will be able to keep either of those things fastened to my head while skating. In theatre, hats are kept on your head with a thin elastic band, that goes behind your ears and to the BACK of your head (usually), However, since you'll be skating, I suggest the band go under your chin AND around the back of your head to keep it on. So, in short, you'll need 2 bands. Think of those bands around children's hats and that's what I mean. Good luck. If it makes no sense, just tell me and I'll try to provide a picture.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much. I bought 2 types of elastic today 3/8" lightweight clear elastic and 1/2" ballet elastic (beige color) .. that should do the trick!
ReplyDeleteNice preview and it looks ready to me. I'll be seeing it live this Sunday! I'm only doing the technical program so I'll be kicking back and watching everyone else by then!
ReplyDeleteIt is what it is .. and what it will be I am afraid. There's only 2 of us in this event... so I have a 50/50 chance!
